Accessing mental health support in an emergency can be challenging. We developed this guide to help our clients understand how to access emergency mental health resources and what to say when calling emergency support lines.

SFS Guide to San Diego Food Resources

Families we serve have been impacted by cuts to SNAP and other social safety net programs, with some having to choose between paying for food, rent, utilities, and other necessities. We hope this guide will help our clients with navigating local resources.
