Community Health Worker Training Program
In partnership with University of California San Diego Extended Studies, we trained and certified 200 community health workers (CHW). Many of our CHW trainees are members of the communities we serve and other underserved communities. CHW are therefore equipped with a unique combination of lived experience, hands-on training, and community connections that enables them to contribute to efforts to advance health equity.
Eligibility requirements: Recruitment is currently closed.
Youth Workforce Program
Our Youth Workforce Program will be training Peer Support Specialists through Tarzana College and Community Health Workers in house.

Refugee Career Pathways Program
With support from the Office of Refugee Resettlement, we help resettled refugees get the training and knowledge they need to begin or continue professional careers and to learn about how their career field works in the United States.
