Pathways Re-Engagement

San Diego Youth Opportunity Pathways Initiative (PATHWAYS) provides personalized support for students and youth to increase their engagement and persistence in completing an educational program and receive job readiness training, exposure to post-secondary education, training and employment options.

This youth case management program is for in-school and out of school youth ages 16-21 and must live in the following SD neighborhoods:  Colina del Sol, Stockton/Logan and Lincoln Heights. This is a government funded program therefore there are eligibility requirements:  must be at risk of dropping out of school or not a HS graduate, live within program neighborhoods and be of low-income status. This is a collaboration between Somali Family Service, Urban League of SD, Harmonium, Manpower, UPAC, SD Youth Development Office and SD Unified School district.
